Flat Shipping Rate

We currently apply a flat shipping rate to all Ongo Vision orders, regardless of the destination or order quantity. This flat rate simplifies the ordering process and helps our customers better estimate their total costs.

Please note that our shipping rates are subject to change at any time due to various factors, such as changes in carrier prices, fuel costs, or other market conditions. We will always inform you of the current shipping rate during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email.

Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 10 business days of receiving your payment confirmation. However, please be aware that this processing time may vary depending on the current stock levels of the ordered items.

If an item is in stock, we will process your order as quickly as possible and send you a confirmation email with the estimated shipping date and tracking information.

In the event that an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will promptly inform you about the expected delay and provide you with an updated estimated shipping date. We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as the items become available.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Details

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase, including the items ordered, shipping address, and the current shipping rate.

As soon as your order is processed and ready for shipping, we will send you another email with the shipping details, including the tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

Customs Inspections

While rare, customs authorities may inspect packages, which can affect their condition:

- We cannot guarantee packages will arrive unopened if selected for inspection

- In such cases, the packaging may show signs of examination

What to Do If Your Package Shows Signs of Inspection

If you notice any of the following upon delivery:

- Damaged ONGO duct tape

- Opened or damaged box

- Damaged waterproof cover inside the box

Please take these steps:

1. Before signing for the package, request a protocol (inspection report) from the delivery person

2. Document any visible damage with photos

3. Contact our support team immediately

- We photograph all packages before shipment and can provide these images if needed

- While we can't be responsible for damage during customs inspections, we'll assist you in filing a complaint with the relevant customs authority
