At Ongo Vettech Ltd., we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Ongo Vision microscope. This article outlines the warranty terms and conditions for the device, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of your rights and our commitments as the manufacturer.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Ongo Vettech Ltd. warrants that new Ongo Vision microscopes manufactured by the company are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of shipment. This warranty covers normal wear and tear for which the product was designed.
  2. For goods repaired by Ongo Vettech Ltd. under warranty, the company warrants that the repaired goods are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period up to the end of the original warranty or ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the repaired goods, whichever is longer.
  3. For goods not manufactured by Ongo Vettech Ltd., the warranty terms are expressly limited to the warranties provided by the original manufacturer of such goods.

Warranty Void Conditions

All warranties are void if the Ongo Vision microscope or its components are:

  1. Misused, abused, or subjected to negligence or accidents, whether intentional or unintentional.
  2. Damaged, repaired, altered, or modified without the consent of Ongo Vettech Ltd.
  3. Not properly installed, maintained, or operated in strict compliance with the instructions provided by Ongo Vettech Ltd.
  4. Worn or damaged due to abnormal use in operation or service.
  5. Subjected to acts of God or extreme weather phenomena, including but not limited to floods, lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, solar flares, or temperatures exceeding the device's specifications.
  6. Subjected to intentional acts, including but not limited to vandalism, sabotage, or acts of terrorism.

Exclusive Remedies

In the event of a breach of warranty, the buyer's sole remedy is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement, without cost to the buyer, of any goods or parts found by Ongo Vettech Ltd. to be defective. To qualify for this remedy, the buyer must:

  1. Notify Ongo Vettech Ltd. in writing of the alleged defect within the warranty period stated above.
  2. Return the goods to Ongo Vettech Ltd.'s corporate office or a designated location, with transportation prepaid by the buyer, within thirty (30) days of sending the notification.
  3. Upon examination, Ongo Vettech Ltd. must find the goods to be defective in material or workmanship.

Ongo Vettech Ltd. is not responsible for any costs associated with the removal, dismantling, or reinstallation of allegedly defective or defective goods.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to the warranty, Ongo Vettech Ltd. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Ongo Vision microscope. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the device within 30 days of the original shipment date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The device must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging materials, to qualify for the refund.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Ongo Vettech Ltd. be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of any agreement relating to items subject to this warranty, from the use of the information herein, or from the purchase or use by the buyer, its employees, or other parties of goods sold under said agreement.
