Before setting up your Ongo Vision device, it's essential to ensure that your smartphone, tablet, or laptop meets the minimum system requirements. This will guarantee a smooth and efficient semen analysis experience.
Android Devices
To use Ongo Vision with your Android smartphone or tablet, your device must meet the following requirements:
- Operating System: Android 9.0 (Pie) or later
- USB Port: USB 3+ Type-C with USB On-The-Go (OTG) support
- RAM: Minimum 4 GB
- Storage: Minimum 5 GB of free storage space
- Display: Minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels
Please note that not all Android devices with USB Type-C ports support USB OTG. Consult your device's specifications or contact the manufacturer to confirm compatibility. Here is a list with known compatibility.
Windows Tablets, Laptops and Computers
To use Ongo Vision with your Windows laptop or computer, your system must meet the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent i.e. AMD
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB
- Storage: Minimum 10 GB of free storage space
- USB Port: USB 3.0 Type-A or USB-C
- Display: Minimum resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels
